Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 plus years of work experience in any relative steel fabrication industries.

• Good command in English is must.

• Should be a Mechanical or Automobile Engineer or any relative degree to steel fabrication

• Ability to manage 400+ personnel, set workloads, schedules & meet deadlines and also to demonstrate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the factory.

• Must be good at Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to plan the production well in advance to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to avoid unnecessary layoffs.

• Review work orders to make decisions regarding labor requirements and duty assignments considering budgetary limitations & time constraints.

• Should delegate, co-ordinate and supervise works to multinational workforce with various jobs at the same time across different production lines of the facility.

• Should conduct daily kick off meetings for early identification of shortcomings.

• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staffs to resolve production or processing problems & difficulties.

• Track the production progress and report regularly to the review of the senior management.

• Implement best practices of the industry to ensure optimum usage of workforce and reasonable reduction of man hours to increase the overall productivity.

• Monitor Company's product standards and implement quality product programs.

• Ensure implementation of safety procedures across the shop floors

• Should follow ethical standards and integrity in all aspects
