2. Requires the ability use of hand tools which may include various wrenches (manual, electric or air), torque wrenches, hoists, scissor tables and valve / actuator testing equipment to insure product meets quality requirements

 
 

3. Performs equipment change-overs if required to assemble or dismantle valves / actuators for testing.

 
 

4. Responsible for valve quality making adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.

 
 

5. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and obey all safety requirements

 
 

6. Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line or to move product to designated areas.

 
 

7. Complete daily production and valve specifications logs as required by supervisor.

 
 

8. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.

 
 

9. Communicate with operators from other shifts.

 
 

10. Clean and maintain work area.

 
 

11. Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

 
 

12. Participate and contribute to process improvements activities within the facility
