Job Description | The Role:
An Information Security Manager is responsible to manage ones own area of expertise within & on behalf of the M.H. Alshaya Organisation to achieve business goals & objectives by managing information security risks within acceptable levels.
Responsibilities:
* Manage information security management systems (ISMS) across the Organisation which include developing, maintaining & distributing information Security * Policies, monitors Policy adherence, & security incident handling. * Compile research & feedback findings & develop opportunities to benefit the Business. * Procure & enhance systems to incorporate internal needs of business. * Develop & implement systems & procedures to enhance contribution to business & overall security of information assets in line with business needs and applicable laws. * Manage a team within the Departments, including appraisal, training & new hire activities. * Develop internal & external relationships & liaises with key areas to benefit the Business. * Accountable for managing access control within one's area of IT. * Enforce organisation information security standards, procedures, & guidelines. |
