Job Description	A leading business group in the U.A.E, seeks to recruit a qualified candidate for the following position based at its head office in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer preferably with MBA, Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Products and consumables in the Middle East. UAE experience will be an added advantage. Aged below 35 years, the candidate must possess proven leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • To proactively seek new opportunities to improve business • To monitor, review and amend sales and marketing performance, plans and activities • To carryout product research to align and integrate sales and marketing initiatives. • To monitor and review the cost effectiveness of promotional activities • To develop and maintain market knowledge including competitor's initiatives to facilitate utilization of best practices.
