Job Description	Candidate should be a mechanical engineering graduate with over 10 years' experience in handling sales and marketing for reputed Commercial Airconditioner brands. Responsible for formulation of strategies to achieve business targets and objectives. Manages a team of Sales Engineers and responsible for the Sales target within the region.

Profile	1) Handle Sales & Marketing functions of Commercial Air conditioner 2) Responsible for formulation of strategies to achieve business targets and objectives. 3) Manages a team of Sales Engineers and responsible for the Sales target within the region. 4) Launch branding initiatives and promotion strategies 5) Responsible for the overall performance of the team 6) Responsible for Budgeting and cost control initiatives 7) Develop new markets 8) Responsible for Sales Forecast and strategies to achieve/exceed the same
